 Up front : 8" subwoofer vs component speakers, I dont know what to do |

Right now I'm really unsure of what to place in my front doors. I have teh 3 speaker panels. I wanted to either place good component (6.5+tweeters+stock 4") or 2 subwoofers (plus aftermarket tweeter and 4").
I want good sound quality with good bass, I like the 8" door sub setup cause I wouldnt have to carry a sub box in the trunk.. --------------------  -Rémy 02 SiR, 08 250R |

Has anyone on the site tried or considered the JL 3 speaker component for the door XR653-CS? I have considered putting it in mine. I figure it sounds like a perfect match for the 8 speaker 6gc's. It has a a 6.5" woofer, 4" midrange, and 1" tweater.
JL XR653-CS Let me know if anyone has tried this and what there thoughts would be of that up front in the 6gc. -------------------- |
