So I got a box in the mail today which held my three new Autometer Nexus Gagues. I cracked open the fuel pressure gauge box for a look, and noticed that the sender was a male end sender (not exactly sure on the size). I DO NOT want to tap the fuel line to hook this sender up. I presume the 3S-GTE has a schraeder valve on the fuel rail, so I was wondering if anyone who's installed an electric fuel pressure gauge on one could tell me what fittings they used to adapt the electric sender to the schraeder valve??

As for oil pressure, did you need a seperate set of fittings for it or was there a block fitting that it attaches directly to?

BOTH the fuel pressure and oil pressure (same sender actually) are 1/8" NPT fittings and the oil pressure has an additional 1/4" NPT adapter.

Ideas?? Just trying to make sure I have everything on hand for Dr. Tweak when I take him the car.

Haven't installed a fuel pressure gauge, but i could help you on the oil pressure install. Try using this thing, it worked really well for me and i love it smile.gif Greddy Block adaptor It has two 1/8 holes which you screw in the sensor into and 1 bigger one. Just be sure to use teflon tape on the sensor threads to ensure they wont leak. It also comes with plugs for the holes you dont use. Enjoy!
