Ok heres what the problem was. The guy i bought the car from said that the car ran right before he installed a battery relocator kit. The battery is relocated to the trunk, and 4 guage wire is used to run it up to the front. It is grounded behind the rear seats. The problem with the car is that it sounds like the starter is trying to engage but cant. I can hear it go click...pause...click click click.....puase..click. But it just doesnt want to engage. Ive charged the battery 3 times, and i even tried starting it with the charger connected. The battery read 12.4 on average. And the voltage made it up to engine bay. I tested the chassis ground on the car and it also appears to be good. Um thats all i really know for now. I know that the engine can crank, becuase i manually cranked it to make sure it wasn't seized up.
