Has this been done already? Or is it just too expensive to actually be doable? Just sitting here thinking of ideas on how to be rich . . ..

QUOTE(Toyoca @ Apr 10, 2006 - 4:57 AM) Has this been done already? Or is it just too expensive to actually be doable? Just sitting here thinking of ideas on how to be rich . . .. NO WAY?!? i thought this up when i was 13 or 14. at the time LCD watched had just hit the consumer market. i thought-- if they can use DC current to make the numbers appear (get darker) then the same principle should be used on automotive glass and a host of other applications. kinda makes you wonder though how much this would cost. check out the scene in Blade Runner when Dekker (sp?) goes to the Tyrel building to test the VoiComp on Rachel (i know...but i've seen this flick more times than i can remember...the all time favorite)...creepy, no? -------------------- ![]() |
