Just curious, but how much of a voltage drop are you seeing across the battery as you're cranking the car. Sometimes a battery will lose it's CCA storage capacity and basically discharge as soon as you try to crank even though it's showing a good charge. From what I've seen anything more than a 5 volt drop across the terminals while cranking you should consider it a dead battery. Just food for thought.
Considering a battery relocation was done, obviously there's going to be a connection from the new battery wiring to the cars stock wiring to get it to the starter. Have you taken this connection apart and checked it for a good clean contact?? -------------------- |
