i just did this on chanhs old engine, theres 1 10mm bolt on the right top...then remove plug wires. i used a cresent wrench since i didnt have a 30mm socket for the top 4 bolts and pried the other pieces under that and it comes off, i didnt have to remove the 2 left side ones.

QUOTE(LewFX @ Apr 13, 2006 - 1:48 PM) i just did this on chanhs old engine, theres 1 10mm bolt on the right top...then remove plug wires. i used a cresent wrench since i didnt have a 30mm socket for the top 4 bolts and pried the other pieces under that and it comes off, i didnt have to remove the 2 left side ones. 10mm bolt? I don't think that does anything, mine doesn't even have that. I just did my valve cover gasket, all I had to remove was the 4 30mm nuts from the spark plug tubes. (just FYI 30mm is the same as 1 and 3/16 inches if that's all you can find, I got that socket for 2 bucks from a tool store haha) -------------------- 1999 Celica GT
