Ok yeah now i checked the battery voltage, and its 12.7V cranking at the starter. Then i tried to measure amps but i guess i blew a fuse in the meter or something and now i cant read any voltage from anything. But since the starter is getting the required voltage, i assume that the starter is bad. I checked the relay, and it works. So ill try a new starter and see how that goes. And then when i find out that i was wrong, then im pretty much gunna feel like this car kicked my ass haha.

It sounds like the starter is shot. If thats all it is, then what a deal! maybe 100 dollars for a new starter and tada! Or you can have the current starter rebuilt which would be cheaper..

OK haha too late to fix the starter cuase i bought a new one today for $135. Ok so it cranks now. Hurray! i am a golden god haha. But all it does is crank. I got no spark =(. I used an Ohm meter, and checked resistance in the coil wire, it passed =). Checked for resistance in the coil itself, it passed =). Checked for voltage at the plug for the coil with the key in the IG position, and it failed at .5 volts =(. So i touched the negative lead from the Volt meter to a known good ground, and wha lah the voltage went up to 12.7V. The negative side of the wire leads into the ECU i know, well actually, it goes to the coil pack, and then to the ECU. So what im thinking is there there is high resistance in the wire the leads from the ECU to the coil pack....Ok so i pretty much narrowed it down that. Anyways, heres the problem, i cant find the ECU plug im looking for! It's supposed to be under the dash like behind the radio, according the the EWD, but i think it's lieing to me haha. I stopped working on her for today, but i think i made some pretty good progress considering she now cranks =).
