Im here in the states and doing a conversion. Problem is, as far as I can see or find, no one in the states has done a conversion on a rhd. Im trying to get some insight the process is close to the same but the steering linkage looks like it will get in the way. Looking for some photos and info.

spunky393 - Dont worry people with ignorence dont last long here anyways.
samguglielmo - Anyways I just did a quick veiw of your question, and thought it was a LHD AUTO to RHD 5spd conversion (which has been asked before, mind the search button) moving on... Year: 1995 Type: ST When it asks what model your car is and you cant even list the correct model, and your calling me a idiot? (can cleary see a 5s/3s-fe under the hood, not a 7a) Anyways going past that, you will need: Driver Side tranny mount Manual tranny Flywheel and bolts Clutch kit (and pressure plate bolts) Driver's side mount for manual Shifter assembly Shifter cables Clutch pedal assembly Brake pedal (or grind down your stock one) Clutch master cylinder Clutch slave cylinder (if not included with tranny) Clutch lines Manual ECU or wire in resistor box for the auto ECU Most from a RHD of course, have fun tracking those parts. DTE -------------------- I am a thief.
do not buy anything from me. |
