My buddy got pulled over in his s2000 last week in Glendale for loud exhaust (hks highpower). He was going 15mph tops in a construction zone(becuase of mean dips and stuff) and a bike cop pulled him over. At that speed thist car is NOT loud at all. He made him pop his hood. Luckly he had street legal AEM and DC headers. Now he has an appointment with the state ref tommow so we took it off this weekend.

This got me wondering, what if i were to get pulled over, what could happen, what will happen. I know some cops are more lenient than others but i would hate to be in that situation. Does anyone know what the laws are here in california or any state for that matter? or know where to get them? has this happened to anyone, i hope not but i would like hear experienceces if you have them. i have gotten pulled many times never for speeding but the only one that got me the worst was
back when the led windshield waher lights cam out i had a set of blue ones.
the local cops could have cared less but one night while delivering pizza's i hit
a georgia state patrol road block and they gave me a ticket
for unauthorized vehicle blue lights.
he asked if i could cut them off or if they came on with the headlights
i told him no they come on when you turn on the headlights he said
well thats good cause if you could make them blink i would give you another ticket too.
he was being an ass.
so i called the court house to see how much the ticket was and was asked for the
violation number when i told them what it was they informed me that i couldn't pay it i had to
go to court for it i asked why and he said that i was impersonating a police officer
once i told them what the lights were they let me pay it for a hundred and forty bucks
