 turbo oil problem |

hey what's up i am burnin oil at around 4k rpm. i purchased the sts oil restrictor and i thought that that would solve the problem but it only helped alittle bit. could my turbo seals be blown. i drove the car for about 5 days without the oil restrictor.

is this a sign that the turbo probably needs a rebuild. the oil is comming from the cold side of the turbo and going into my throttle body. should i attempt it to do it myself?
