I do not know much about suspension or lowering. What are some of the lowering setups that you people have and rate them for ride smoothness and handling. I'm looking for a decent drop (2-4+ inches)

The lowest drop springs I can think of are Intrax which drop 1.7". TRD springs only drop and inch, but if you want a decent ride, go with springs. Like its been mentioned, coilovers will drop your car lower, but the ride will bounce like hell. Even with KYB's, it'll still bounce pretty bad... about as bad as lowering springs on stock struts. Koni yellows (adjustable struts) will provide the best ride with coilovers, but they're hella expensive. It's up to you...however much you wanna spend.
