hey if you were selling a Celica in Decent shape with a 3sgte in it, how much could you expect to get for it?The reason i ask is because my dad is leary about helping me pay for it because one he thinks that i wouldnt keep the car after the swap is done i would just turn around and wouldnt want and i wouldnt get my money out of it, (like selling it) Which i know people are ALWAYS looking for cars like ours or Modded cars in general but could ya'll help me get some proof that a engine swap is worth it. Thanks

Swapped Celica's sell for around $5000-$8000 usually, give or take some extra money depending on circumstances.
You wouldn't make tons of money selling one, you'd probably break even or take a small hit on what you'd make back. Most people who swap do it because they love the car and just want a better experience, so putting a value on something like that is difficult to quantify. |
