hey what's up i am burnin oil at around 4k rpm. i purchased the sts oil restrictor and i thought that that would solve the problem but it only helped alittle bit. could my turbo seals be blown. i drove the car for about 5 days without the oil restrictor.

in an extreme case the unbalanced shaft (un checked) would eventually blow out the seals/bearings, then go for the housing as it would rock closer it would dig into it, shooting metal shavings into your motor, AND and very worst case, it would just flat out blow up and shoot the fins right into your intercooler.
Again thats a very extreme case, but its always a good idea to have it balanced when your doing that kind of work. -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.
