a 2.2 liter engine puttung out 135hp in a fwd car, pathetic from a performance standpoint (now and 10 years ago)

This thread has the potential to turn in to a flame war, so, please be courteous to others when responding.
Obviously, people on this forum are already biased about Toyota's, and for a good reason. Toyota = dependability, and performance in some of the more rare models. People shouldn't be down about what we drive, performance aside, people who own a Celica/Supra/MR2 are a dying breed, Toyota doesn't release sports cars in the U.S. anymore.
