So my car is a 94 with a 98 bumper, which means i have the slots for the fog lights. Ive come across a set and I was just wondering if its possible to wire them up to my car. I could make a switch to go on the inside, just not sure how hard it would be to wire these up. Any help is appreciated... and these would come with the harness'es and all.

it really isn't too hard at all. Just buy a relay (for about $6 at RadioShack) and use this
