We just completed swapping her all the hoses and stuff are connected.... I think..
This is from a 6gc with a completed swap... I did a auto to manual swap, does it matter if I connect the park neutral thing in order to start the car? If so... where is that wire at? When I turn the key, everything sounds normal... but the starter doesn't turn over... Please help... I'm thinking it's something with the wiring. I'm stumped. I would listen to Lagos. Tee off your intake line so you can hook up your BPV AND your PCV. I'll wager that your smoking issues will disappear. My swap had the same problem... Lagos is correct. Why don't you just try it and see what happens? It would probably be wise to take the advice of people that know what they are talking about. The PCV should be under VAC at all times... pure and simple.

The crankcase vent is not a vacuum, it releases exhaust gases from the crank case. If you read the posts that I linked to, you will see bill explain how the crankcase vent works. |
