well nintendo released the name of its next console which was code-named revolution. its now, officially, the nintendo wii (pronounced "we").
ign video at first i was like wtf, but its starting to grow on me. any thoughts? And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |

theres not even a confirmation on halo 3.
By the way, this system will tank hard and ruin Nintendo. PS3 will dominate all and the xbox 360 will fade from the scene while dropping price dramatically. -------------------- Sometimes we live to beat the odds.

PS3 will dominate all and the xbox 360 will fade from the scene while dropping price dramatically. i have to disagree. mark my words, the wii will get bigger than you think, and nintendo surely wont be ruined. like i said, i think this could become a marketing phenomenon like the ipod. already today, nintendo has recieved a lot of coverage about the name from abc, cnn, mtv, you name it. thats impressive for a video game console. now that they have everyones attention, nintendo just needs to play there cards right at e3. a launch of most likely 200 bucks with free wifi online service, and an entirely different gaming experience; hard to pass that up. ive heard rumors that the ps3 might be delayed until early 07 because of issues with the blu-ray and if the price rumors (600+) are true and blu-ray flops as the next-gen media (looks as though hd-dvd is becoming favorite), itll be tough for sony this generation. microsoft has some great games coming out including halo 3, forza 2, too human, and many others. if the ps3 is delayed, people might opt to get a 360 instead, and itll hurt their sales.
