out of the turbo i used a 45 degree 2" silicone bend and a 2.5" to 2" reducer and mated them together with a small section of pipe and put two clamps on it, this allowed me clearance from the turbo and room for both radiator fans.
no windshield whiper resevoir? :sadpanda: |

QUOTE(presure2 @ Apr 30, 2006 - 4:59 PM) nice pics b-boy! one request. id like to see a few pics look down into the engine bay, at the way the hot pipe off the turbo is routed if ya could. sure thing...i'll have 'em up tonight QUOTE(urbandork @ Apr 30, 2006 - 6:41 PM) by the looks of it you might have more 90s which might cancel out the reclocking of the trubo. since the trubo is on the pass side y not just have the hot pipes feed the intercooler from the drive side and then the passneger side of the FMIC feed the engine? This i think would make for a shorter route and with out as many of the bends. then the piping will come too close to the heat shield...the way i have it now its not that close to the heat shield and doesnt really heat up...i could try to go at it from the left side of the alternator but that might need more bends and would probably look messy...i dunno maybe ill think more about this. thnx for ur suggestion QUOTE(brianforster @ Apr 30, 2006 - 6:46 PM) out of the turbo i used a 45 degree 2" silicone bend and a 2.5" to 2" reducer and mated them together with a small section of pipe and put two clamps on it, this allowed me clearance from the turbo and room for both radiator fans. no windshield whiper resevoir? :sadpanda: just like i told ya so...i tell no lie ![]() bboy This post has been edited by BBoYRuGGeD: Apr 30, 2006 - 2:26 PM -------------------- ![]() ..(formerly daily driven) 3S-GTE powered celica currently set @ 12psi.. |
