 Brother's bad luck continues, take a look-see |

So no more than 3 weeks ago my brother got a Yamaha YZF600R. Brand new.
Well yesterday he was driving down the road and A semi truck in front of him had stopped. So he stops behind it and is watching the driver in the Semi's side mirror. The semi started drifting back (useing the trailor weight to pull him back.. not reverse). My brother was on the horn, but the driver didn't do anything. At the last minute he had to drop the bike and run. The driver backed over his bike and it was probably half way over it until he stopped. He has insurance, but the truck driver said he would pay for all of it, just send him the bill. So my brother is going to let him know how much it will cost (I figure about 1800ish) and if he doesn't want to pay it, then he will take it to insurance and file a police report.
