Im not really sure where to post this, but i think it may be in the engine/transmission... but when we bought the 99 GT Convertible one the gas pedal on it is very stiff. I dont have this problem with my 94 st...and didnt know if this was just a GT problem or what. The gas pedal is almost stuck unless you push it really hard, which makes it almost impossible to idle at low RPMs (which we use for all the uphill driving around austin)... Is this something i can fix? I hope the explanation is clear enough.
Thanks in advance, Josh. This post has been edited by JFrost9: Apr 20, 2006 - 9:18 PM -------------------- ![]() I am now a part of the ihavemorethen16gc club! |

not to jack this but i had a scary moment where i was driving down my block, and i went to brake but the car was still revving high, i park it and its revving higher and im not pressing the gas. i open the hood and fiddle with the throttle cable and it went down to normal.
