 Regular vs premium gas |

Hi,
Does premium gas REALLY make a mileage difference in 5S-FE? Reason I am asking - Toyota does strange things: from our owners manual, two engines are avialable - 7A and 5S. Regular for 7A and premium RECOMMENDED for 5S. BUT - if you look at the, say 95 camry manual - two engines are offered - 5S as base and 1M (3.0 V6). Now, what is funny - for camry for 5S (base) regular is recommended and premium for 1M. BUT these are ABSOLUTELY the same engines - 5S for camry and celica! Toyota just sets - regular for the base engine and premium for upgrade! Does it make sence to you? Val |

so am i supposed to be running premium in my celi GT? I'm swapping in a 3sgte soon what do i need to run with that engine?
