I was told that the engine 4AGE 20 VALVE with FORGED TURBO PISTONS 8.5:1 will bolt on my 1995 ST without mods ??? I don't know about the topic so I would like some of you with more acknowlegde to let me know if this is true on not ???

He wants to take the pistons from the 4age (20 valve) and put them into the 7afe. From what I remember readying is, yes the pistons will fit on the 7afe rods BUT it will increase compression of the 7afe and it will not float on the rods properly. But it is believed once the engine heats up the pistons will float easier. |
