3sgte swap price, I want to do a 3sgte swap, but need to know ballpark price Options

I have a 1996 st and I was thinking of doing a 3sgte swap. I found a brand new engine at toysport.com that costs $4500. Lets say I pay that for the engine alone, for anybody who knows, how much more would you say it would cost for additional parts. I am guessing that it will be around $8000 in total, but I would like to know from people who have completed the swap how much they paied. I don't want to get a clip or a used engine because I am afraid that it will have high milage and it won't last very long. I am planning on keeping my car for a very long time and I would like the engine to last for that amount of time.

When, i was looking for a price quote, this is what Doc-Tweak quoted me.

"Just trying to get a rough estimate for a 3s-gte swap, in a 94 st mt celica. trying to go with a lsd, dosnt matter to me which tranny, also a full exhaust. Also maybe a rough time frame when u will have openings and how long it would take. "

Sure thing. Probably looking at around $5000 for the swap, plus like $800 for a full mandrel-bent stainless exhaust. The LSD for the S54 tranny is around $800 plus like $500 to install it. I'd say the whole thing will run you about $7000 all said and done.
