 Visiting New York city in mid-June |

Hi guys,
I'm coming over from Ireland to NY in June and was wondering if the NYers here have any advice on good places to go or things to do. Perhaps there are some car events around that time? I'm open to pretty much anything. I'll be spending my first week downtown (near Washington Square) and then I'm going to head out to stay with some friends who live in Yonkers for a weekend. Really looking forward to visiting the USA

awww my mom's family is from Yonkers!
there is plenty to do in the city! you can catch a broadway show. lots of sight seeing... i dont know of anything that is going on in June. I'm sure you will have a great time
