my gauge cluster isn't working no more. i took out my white face and now the pins wouldn't move? anyone know why? help fast! thanks

look for the "DOME" fuse under the hood.

i replaced that. here's the problem. i have a 95 and my motor is a 96+ with the 5 extra hp. is that the problem then? im so so so so so so so so confused guys.
