A quick browse through a search would yeild you your answers..

BUT I can understand some people don't like that soooo

-4AGE (Bluetop, or Redtop 16V OR Silvertop or Blacktop 20V..Silvertop being your best bet)
-AE101 C52 transmission, or a C52 from the ST will work
-Wiring harness
-Starter, distributor, ignitor, AFM..all that junk
- Exhaust manifold (if you use a 16V, I think they were all RWD, so you would need to have one made)
- Time and Money
