i was going to buy them locally, but they wanted $1400 for rims & VERY cheap tires, plus mounting, balancing, installation, lug nuts, etc....
so i searched for other options, came across www.wheelsnext.com, i recommend them VERY highly. I ended up paying less than $1300, and they CAME mounted & balanced (with the weight mounted on the inside), with free lug nuts. they were also offering free lowering springs with every rim/tire purchase, but they did not have any for a 6th gen celica, only 2000 +. so yeah.... much cheaper, and shipping to canada was only $150. free shipping to anywhere in the states. they took 3 weeks to get here but that's just because of a delay at the border. overall i'm SUPER impressed though. thanks everyone
