 No A/C code 51? |

Hey guys I don't have my A/C hooked up and I don't get a cel, but if I have the diagnosis pins jumped when the car is running and I give it any gas I get a code 51. Which is IDL No "IDL" or A/C signal during testing Check TPS, A/C switch, Accelerator cable. I don't have my A/C hooked up or the A/C throttle up switch hooked up, will this throw that code?

my car does that exact same thing, i have a theory but im not 100% on it..
my theory is that when you press the gas its pulling on the throttle cable and tightening the cable and the ecu thinks that is the cable being too tight wed need someone who has a completely functional vehicle to test this theory out though, art? jeff? |
