well I need to cut some plastic, I want to test out something and write my name in cursive in the plastic. What would be the easiest way to give it a nice clean look. Oh, and the pastic is about as hard as the door stops on our car.

You could use a dremmel to remove most of the material and then use your soldering iron knife to slightly melt the cut rough edge into a smooth edge if sanding is too difficult.
Not sure how you could do it, but a hot piece of wire might cut a nice edge? Maybe pass a current through a piece of fuse wire and see if it does anything? Thats only a maybe, don't go electrocuting yourself dude. |
