well I need to cut some plastic, I want to test out something and write my name in cursive in the plastic. What would be the easiest way to give it a nice clean look. Oh, and the pastic is about as hard as the door stops on our car.

Maybe if you use some sort of scalpal (?SP?) or craft knife.

Nathan Doubt that would work mate, it sounds about 2 - 3mm thick so it would be very difficult to cut with a knife, unless he can use a blowtorch or something to heat the blade? |
