I want to put a header into my 94 GT. I saw this one: http://www.1supertoyota.com/products/rd10.htm
it looks great, 10-14 hp increase would exceed my expectations, but it says "intended for race and track use"... and I've got to meet california emissions! I will still be using a catalytic converter, so what do you think? will it still pass? and is this thing street legal? if not... got any links to other 6th gen 5sfe headers? -------------------- ![]() 94 GT - Sold -------- 69 Pontiac Lemans - Sold 88 Alltrac - Sold ---- 04 WRX - Sold 00 GT-S - Sold ------ 91 Miata - project/drift car 95 GT - Sold -------- 96 GT - New Daily Drive |

I got that one too. You will need a gasket for the downpipe and one for the sensor. I don't think it will pass
smog since it has no cat in it. Buy that stuff you pour into your gas tank to help you pass smog. |

QUOTE(madmods @ May 23, 2006 - 9:43 AM) I got that one too. You will need a gasket for the downpipe and one for the sensor. Buy that stuff you pour into your gas tank to help you pass smog. but can't you still use a catalytic converter? and run Header--->cat--->exhaust pipe--->muffler ? I was under the impression that that's how it goes. if not, please correct my ignorance.
