I just got pulled over last night and told that my exhaust couldnt be modded. its loud but i never had any problems in georgia.

If the exhaust noise level violates the local noise regulations, then the cops will hassle you for it. I had a modified Mx-6 for years, and never got pulled over due to the exhaust (speeding on the other hand...
 ) You might want to check the noise regulations in Tampa to see if your car just might be too loud.
