Hey everyone...I need your input once again. The question is what do I go with 17 or 18'' wheels, what is the most practical of answers taking in mind performance and looks? Please just let me know...Thanks!

17's if you don't want to hinder your performance by the weight of 18" wheels. 18's if you want a nice tucked look. You will notice a decrease in performance due to the weight. I remember when I was still rollin on my factory 14's, I was hitting 16.5 to 16.6 consistently on the 1/4 mile. After I got the 16's, my time dropped to 16.9 to 17.2. Now if you don't really plan on racing, I say go with the 18's. EDIT: Those times are with a 7A motor, which just exhaust and intake. This post has been edited by kuya1284: Jul 4, 2003 - 4:24 AM |
