Alright, so I just purchased Angel Eyes for my car today and I was wondering if I should try to install them myself or see how much my locat Toyota dealer would charge to do them.
The reason I wouldn't want to do them myself is because I don't want to ruin anything and I also think the wiring would confuse me and whatnot. I also dont want to do a ****ty job. The reason it would be hard for the dealer to do them is depending on how much they charge, I am very poor.. I also don't know how to take the bumper off, nor do I know how difficult and if I even have the proper tools.. Any suggestions...? I'm thinkin of making some (acrylic rod & LED's) and i was gonna put em in the high beams. Thing is I'm up north, so we have day time running lights that come on.
I was thinking of wiring angels to the parking light knob (so they come on first click with sidemarkers) but i also wanted to have it hooked up to a toggle switch (so i can turn angels off and still have just my parking lights on) How do i wire into parking lights, and should i have the toggle before or after i splice? |
