so its ....6:30a.m and im supposed to just now be getting up for work...only problem is....i never went to sleep =/
anyone else have this problem? |

i think on average i get about 4 hours a night...been like this for about 5 years, u kind of get to live with it. I feel guilty at times cos i wake y wife up and she is the opposite to me, she needs sleep
 . Few people have suggested sleeping tablets, but i think i am just one of the people that dont need much sleep
