I do not know much about suspension or lowering. What are some of the lowering setups that you people have and rate them for ride smoothness and handling. I'm looking for a decent drop (2-4+ inches)

So with Intrax springs and struts with under 50k should I be peachy? I decided on just lowering a little and letting the 18"s take care of the rest. I do live in WI where hills and what not are not the best deal. Anyways I found them for 175 on ebay. Good deal?? Anything better?
