I have a good deal on a 255/40/r17 for mi celi the wheel is 17x7 offset +35mm could they fit?

Like 8mm spacer? or more wider? i can get it here in juarez or el paso tx for a 10bucks
 it's not silly i want to look real good not like mini-tires that use the civics i have a cobra 97 with 245/45/17 i don't put more wider tires cause they are more expensive, they are just look if i wanna race i have the cobra lol
