Radiator Fans stuck on, lets figure it out Options

Erik sent me a link about how to correct the fans running constantly after removing AC.

The way one guy fixed it was jumping two pins on this plug below



This was on a 5th gen. I was wondering if any of you 6th gen guys not running AC has the fans running full time. I just tryed jumping the plug but the fans still continued running.

So, anyone else that could try to jump this plug and post the results that would be a great help.

I didn't feel like reading all three pages, so if this has already been stated, I appologize....

The radiator fan temp switch (sensor) which turns the fans on, is located on the lower radiator on the GT and GT4 models, and on the engine coolant kneck for the ST model. If your using the stock ST fuse block, look for the blue-white wire in the EA1 plug (I can get the exact location later tonight). This needs to go the temp switch. The GT's temp switch wiring is on the engine room harness (the same bundle as the headlights) and therefor doesn't have this problem.

I bought a Koyo radiator for my car, since the water inlet/outlet lines up perfectly with the 3S motor and had the threaded boss for the switch.

Then there is the A/C pressure switch, which will also activate the fans. This is the plug shown on the first page. You'll have to jump the wires togther as stated before if you've removed A/C.
