I have a good deal on a 255/40/r17 for mi celi the wheel is 17x7 offset +35mm could they fit?

k' modding cars look out my pic of the celi just i don't know about the rims im noob, i do all the work of my car myself, and get int count that i have 19yo if you can do a conversion like me
 he... i really respect them with his hands no to get in the car in the body shop
