I have a good deal on a 255/40/r17 for mi celi the wheel is 17x7 offset +35mm could they fit?

DOT Approved is not my problem here in mexico
 i can hit the streets without cat and with a Very Noisy Exahust i have headers and no CAT's and just the Straight Muffler and that makes a lot of noise i think i should buy 225 New Tires
