Ok, the Eclipse cd deck was installed professionally(cant go wrong with a 1 year theft replacement), and I am almost positive it has an stock amp. I dont think they would have hooked it back up to the amp. So at volume 68+(out of 80) and not very loud, the music is unclean and blares. I do not understand. Should I just buy a new deck thats unamplified and do it myself? Or rewire the speakers to go to the deck?

Haha, finally someone who understands the langauge! Do you have any idea why it just suddenly distorts? This is an Eclipse deck, if you know anything about stereos you know that Eclipse is a high end deck. It isn't your sony or jvc that says 60,000 watts and puts out 12.2 watts. Thats why I am confused about the sudden distortion.
