It sets up tags in the directory that all the data can be over written, but is not. To really delete, a program which "zeros" a drive is needed, which instead of simply setting all the data as overwrittable, is actually sets all the data to 0's (or 01010101..., or 111111...). Thats the only way to make sure things aren't coming back. --------------------  psalm 69 |
