The hose that goes from the crank case to the intake tube is the most important. It preserves vaccum in that area. If you want to, you can get an oil catch reservor to go inbetween, and it will catch any water and such as it recirculates that air.

In extreme turns such as autocrossing, these can actually be necessary, as cars like the 350Z have reported oil splash being sucked into the intake and run through the combustion cycle. For practical purposes and the time being, run the hose from the crank case to the intake tube, and tie the other one somewhere out of the way to either be left there, or used when you pick up an oil catch tank. |
