So i'm driving today and I notice that my turn signals are flashing about twice the normal rate. I just replaced the front turn signal bulbs with LED ones, could this have something to do with it? Is there any way of returning them to normal? I guess it's not really a big deal, but I would like them to be the way they were before, if possible.

Okay, when you install LED bulbs, they use a lower wattage than do the regular stock ones. Therefore, you car "THINKS" that your bulb is out because less watts is going there. So your blinker blinking fast is a way to tell you that the bulb is burnt out. Solutions is i dunno.
