 SylvaniaStars, DOT Certified? |

Are the sylvania stars or silver stars DOT certified? I just failed my inspection cuz they said that they're discolored. But i honestly dont feel like taking off my front lip and bumper to change these things.

thats what i got in there but i dont know why i failed?
another thing. they say that it had a bluish tint to them. so what makes these illegal and HID's legal? Total BS -------------------- Note to new members. Discussions such as the ones below are forbidden.
