Is there anyone on this site who has successfully done (or have done) a 3SGTE swap with a GT4 manual tranmission (converted to front wheel drive: NOT all wheel) on a 6GC without losing power to the wheels ??? Or, did you have to get an MR2 tranny since its just front wheel drive?

Thanks!!!

gt4 trans are made to put power out to all 4 wheels... by unbolting the transfer case and putting something to close off the diff you would only get half the power put out to the front wheells....

Not to be rude, but I think you got some bad info on that one.

The center diff on the alltrac trans sends power to the rear wheels after the front differentia. The E151 (Alltrac) and E153(MR2) trannies are mechanically the same - same housing, same gearing, same input shaft. Toyota made one casting and added the option for the center diff.

MR2T inner axel's en ST205 outers.

ST205 doesn't have inner/outer axels. They are one piece.
