okay check it out.

my engine check light came on, it dosent dissapear.

car runs good, no abnormal behavior except for when its cold and i start the celi, white smoke comes out, no not cold in the morning even when its like 90 degrees, white smoke still comes out, it dosent smell like anything xcept water.

but other than that, what else could be wrong? could it be the oxygen sensors? or could the valve seals be really messed up.

where can i actually get my car scanned for codes for free?

I'm no expert but white smoke out of the tail pipe always indicates water getting into the chambers. Check your coolant level, sounds to me as if you have a blowing gasket or cracked block/head. At first the symptoms are periodic as the crack or leak opens up as the engine temp drops then seals again as the presure and heat builds. Get it sorted now! if you leave it you are risking serious damage. The ECU prob picks the fault up due to the O2 readings going daft when your smoking.

Like i said though i'm no expert, just my opinion.
Good luck
