 5s-fte, one question |

i have a '96 GT w/ the fte conversion done. the car came like it is, and needless to say, i don't know just a whole lot about it. when i am not really accelerating, and not really slowing sown, the engine cuts in and out, almost performing like it is running out of gas. i have been told that it might be due to the stock ECU that i am still running. just wondering what you guys thought a/b it.

without knowing what truley was done to the car, its going to be VERY difficult for any of us to help you.
i'd start by taking some VERY detailed pictures of your engine bay. oil lines, injectors, manifold/turbo/dp..good detailed pictures of that stuff. make a list of stuff you DO know is on the car. any electronics? gauges? you are in for a long hard road with lots of issues if you dont know anything about the car. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
