Finally, they are done, and i tested the fittment on another 6g celica, here are the pics:
     So if anyone still intrested in them, send me e-mail, price is 150$ + shiping (~40$). I have 2 sets now, but if where will be more interest in them i can make more. P.S. Ye, you can run the screw through the fender, BUT not 3m tape everything else, i used silicon adhesive glue, to glue it to the bumper, and used one rivet in the other end to fix it to the bumper to. Everyone who will buy them, will get the instruction manual how to fix them
