Ive been wondering for all the swappers out there, how did you get your money up? its been on my mind for a while, never really asked.

well actually you can total a house, at least here in Florida
![]() Also if you get to the point that you pay off your house, you have to pay $20,000 to $30,000 ayear, just in taxes and such, thats over $2000 a month, So why would you want to pay it off? Steve also, my car loan is at 6.5% which is pretty low, i also have the money to buy it cash..but theres this little thing called credit that you need to buy a house. My sister in law just bought a house it was $150,000. She paid 105,000 down!!! yes you read that right. And they still would't give her the loan!! she had to have a co-signer....so you need credit Steve -------------------- If Columbus was told, "use the search function," he would have learned that the World was flat.
